Always, the opportunities we get in this life are not to be taken for granted. We should grab life with both hands and make sure we take as many opportunities as we can!!

My first pair of Running Shoes!

Earlier this month I invested in some running shoes, I have been trying to be a little bit healthier as I work from home, I don't do the exercise of walking to work etc that I would do should I work in an office/another company. I decided to change that. These are the most comfortable soft and lightweight shoes I've ever tried on and so far I love them!! :) 

Say yes to new adventures!

Don't worry so much with plans, have them but always say yes to new things, new venture, new idea's, new journey's because you never know where they might take you.

I love this quote sometimes, I feel we can get caught up in always striving to progress and I think we need to take time everyday to enjoy where we are in life at the moment even if it's not where we want to be, the journey is the most important thing in this life not where we end up.
